L.V. Campground Rules & Policies
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
General Requirements
- All campers and non-camping guests must be 18 years or older.
- Everyone must register at the office before entering the RV park.
- All persons on the property must have a valid membership/QR code card and wear a wristband at all times.
- Membership QR codes are renewed January 1st each year (renewed upon your first visit of the year).
Membership ends December 31st of each year. - Membership fee: $20 per person per year (Jan 1 – Dec 31).
- Lost membership/QR cards: $20 replacement fee each time.
- The property is under video surveillance at all times.

Campground Conduct
- Please help keep our campground clean and orderly at all times.
- All registered campers are responsible for the behavior and safety of their guests.
- Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the campground.
- Vehicles must not extend into main roads for emergency access.
- Public intoxication, unruly behavior, violence, vandalism, obscene gestures, or profane language will NOT be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the property.
- No firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed.
- ZERO TOLERANCE for illegal drugs — do not bring them onto the property.
Campsites & Utilities
- Do NOT dump gray water at or near your campsite.
- Campfires are allowed in designated areas only.
- No large or excessive fires.
- Do not move fire rings.
- No vehicle washing (cars, trucks, or RVs).
- Campsites must be left clean and orderly upon departure.
- Do NOT flush anything except toilet paper.
- NO STANDING on toilets.
Wildlife & Food Safety
- Do not leave food or garbage unattended at any time (raccoons, opossums, skunks, cats, etc.).
Pool Rules
- No glass containers or glass products in or near the pool or pool deck.
- No smoking inside the fenced pool area.
Pets
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Owners must clean up and properly dispose of pet waste.
- Excessive barking must be controlled.
- Consistently noisy pets will not be allowed to remain in the campground.
- Do not allow pets to dig holes in the ground.
Smoking Policy
- NO SMOKING in:
- Office
- Barn
- Restrooms
- Rentals
- Inside the fenced pool area
- Cabin rentals: No smoking & No pets.
Cabins & Rentals
- Cabin renters are 100% responsible for all damages, repairs, and cleanup during their stay.
- Full restitution for damages is required within 14 days of notice.
- Cabin checkout time is 11:00 AM on the final paid day.
- Late checkout fee: $50 (not to exceed 4:00 PM).
- Extra linens available upon request.
- Linens must be returned to the office by 12:00 noon on the last paid day.
- Unreturned linens: $25 fee.
- Lost keys: $40 replacement fee.
Occupancy & Fees
- Two people per campsite or rental.
- Large cabins allow up to four people.
- Additional guests beyond allowed occupancy: $15 per person, per day.
- Staying overnight in a vehicle is considered tent camping: $35 per night.
- Day pass (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM): $15 per person.
- After 10:00 PM: $30 per person, valid until 10:00 AM the following morning.
Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds for early departures under any circumstances.
- No refunds of any kind for financial, personal, or physical losses.
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.
- Management and staff have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason
- Management will assign event coordinators equal rights of refusal during their duration of their event.
Ice, Firewood & Shared Facilities
- Ice: $5 per bag
- Do NOT scoop ice from the machine or fill coolers directly.
- Firewood: $0.50 per piece.
- Community fridge available as space allows.
- Clearly label your items.
- Do NOT take items that do not belong to you.
Events & Reservations
- Event coordinators are responsible for cleaning all used areas (kitchen, barn tables, patio, pool, etc.) before departure.
- Reservations for the upcoming year are accepted by request after the website is updated.
- Campground management reserves the right to assign campsites at their discretion.
