Campground Consent & Conduct Policy

At LV Campground, respect, consent, and privacy are our highest priorities. By entering or participating in any LV Campground space — including our Facebook groups, chats, and on-site facilities — you agree to the following policies:

 

Photo & Video Policy

• No photos or videos may be taken without the explicit consent of ALL individuals who may be seen or heard — including those in the background.

• No photos or videos may be posted (online or privately) without approval from all parties pictured.

• Ensure no identifying details (e.g., license plates, vehicles, tattoos, campers) are visible in content.

• If you witness someone taking unauthorized photos/videos, report it to management immediately.

• Inappropriate use of devices will result in content being deleted and possible removal from the premises.

 Social Media & Privacy

• No screenshots of group chats, social media posts, or private messages.

• Do not repost or share content from other groups into LV spaces.

• All group and chat discussions are private and may not be shared externally.

 Consent to Touch

• No touching anyone at any time without asking first. Prior permission does not guarantee future consent.

• If someone touches you without consent, or if you see someone who appears uncomfortable, notify management immediately.

• We rely on our community to help us ensure everyone feels safe.

Campground & Facilities Rules

Office & Pool Area

• No sexual activity in the pool, office, or barn.

• One person per lounge chair.

• Always use your own towel on furniture.

• While in shared areas (e.g., barn, food lines, eating areas), keep your lower half covered.

• Do not go behind the office desk or access notebooks/computers — these are private.

• Label your personal items; unmarked items may be used as community property.

• Clean up after yourself: wash and put away any dishes you use.

Cave & Playroom

• Use towels to cover surfaces.

• Dispose of all trash, cans, and used towels properly.

• Clean up any messes promptly

• You must have a wristband on at all times.

• This ensures others that you have paid and have your membership with LV Campground LLC.   

• SAFETY FIRST - Ask for consent! EVERYTIME! No Illegal Drugs! If you are found in possession of illegal drugs, you will be asked to leave. If you find someone in need of help due to illegal drugs, call 911 first then find someone in management.
